Graphikon showcases the successful series of the G/SOLAR product line:

 

G/SOLAR SI-CELL is used in the manufacturing of crystalline solar cells beginning with the incoming wafer until the finished solar cell. The G/SOLAR SI-CELL line covers micro crack detection, geometrical checks, inspection of surface texture, evaluation of the AR coating layer, inspection of the silver print, detection of hot spots and evaluations with electroluminescence method.

 

G/SOLAR SI-PANEL was developed for the production of crystalline solar panels. Starting with the check up of the incoming cells including sorting by colour all manufacturing steps are covered i.e. cell alignment, string inspection, supervision of the layup until the final inspection of the finished panel.

 

G/SOLAR THIN FILM covers all standard applications like incoming glass inspection, inspection of the single coating layers and pattern line evaluation. The G/SOLAR THIN FILM line is available for all common thin film technologies i.e. aSi / mcSi, CIS/CIGS and CdTe.

 

Beside its new standard lines Graphikon offers tailor-made inspection systems for special applications.
